The principle of construction and the main constructive decisions applied at creation of high-voltage capacitor dividers on 15 kV and 220 kV respectively is considered, рredlozena method of matching capacitors measuring circuit and the second equipotential circuit consisting of voltage measurement using electrostatic voltmeter between pin sockets measuring circuit and the corresponding slots of the second equipotential circuit EDN.
